Future Champions Academy (FCA) and Bocconi Sport Team have officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement, establishing a collaboration that combines excellence in sport and education.
Through this partnership, FCA is recognized as the “Fencing Partner of Bocconi Sport”, offering the university’s students, alumni, and staff the opportunity to discover and develop fencing within a high-performance environment guided by Olympic-level expertise.
The agreement aims to:
promote Dual Career programs for Bocconi student-athletes in fencing disciplines,
co-create events, workshops, and open days connecting the academic and sporting communities,
and foster a culture of balance, growth, and excellence — both on and off the piste.
“This partnership represents the true spirit of our Dual Career philosophy,” says Enrico Garozzo, Co-Founder of Future Champions Academy. “It’s about helping young people pursue ambitious goals in sport and in life, without having to choose between the two.”
Under the MoA, FCA will appoint a Dual Career Manager as operational contact with Bocconi Sport, making available its technical staff and training facilities in Milan. Bocconi Sport Team, in turn, will support joint initiatives and communication activities recognizing FCA as an official fencing partner of the university.
This collaboration adds another prestigious academic institution to FCA’s growing network, alongside Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore — reinforcing the Academy’s mission to empower student-athletes to “Be the Best You.”
